Why should I learn?

Health
Swimming is an excellent form of low impact exercise with many health benefits including weight loss, muscle toning, and cardiorespiratory improvement.
Swimming is believed to reduce the harmful effects of stress. It is proven to positively impact the mental health and can even improve mood. Above all swimming is great fun.

Safety
Drowning ranks fifth among the leading causes of unintentional injury death in the United States. (http://www.cdc.gov/injury/wisqars)
Participation in formal swimming lessons can reduce the risk of drowning by 88 percent among children aged one to four years. (Source: Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine 2009)

The fear of drowning is a rational and logical fear experienced by many who cannot swim.

Knowing how to swim (and equally important, knowing how to prevent panic in the water) are unquestionably life-saving skills.

Our methodology is soft , playfull and fun!

We organise swimming course on an individual basis or small groups up to 4. The full course lasts five days / two hours a day .

At the end of the course you receive a diploma.

Age is no obstacle.
