A family adventure that began on the roads of the Adriatic

It all began in 2004. Driven by a passion for the cultural riches and spectacular landscapes of our region, we founded our family-run travel agency with a simple yet powerful idea: to offer travellers an alternative to mass tourism.

For ten years, we travelled far and wide, perfecting the art of small-group travel through Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro on our coach tours.

Then, in 2012, guided by our love of the sea and a desire to explore new horizons, we naturally extended our expertise to the blue waters of the Adriatic by launching our first intimate, small-scale cruises.

At Meridian Tours, we believe that travel is not measured by the scale of the facilities, but by the depth of the shared emotions.

On board, your journey is in the hands of Eliot, an enthusiast with a unique background. Born in Belgium, he moved to Croatia in 2000, where he trained as a stonemason before studying tourism.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the region, its history and the most beautiful spots along the Adriatic, Eliot ensures your comfort and accompanies you throughout your stay.

His mission? To share his love for this country with you and make your cruise an unforgettable, relaxed and friendly experience.

To support you throughout this open-water adventure, Meridian Tours is delighted to provide you with an expert who is passionate about swimming and the aquatic environment.

Your coach and lifeguard will be on board throughout the week to ensure your safety, supervise every time you enter the water and offer you valuable, personalised advice.

Who is behind Meridian Tours?

Having left behind the chips and rain of Belgium to return to the sunshine of Croatia, Dominique and Aleks dropped anchor to set up Meridian Tours.

The division of responsibilities fell into place naturally, in a highly democratic manner: Dominique is the undisputed boss at the helm, whilst Aleks is the one who rows with a smile, carrying out her orders.
